YWCA NSW

Welcome to YWCA NSW
YWCA NSW supports vulnerable people at those critical transition points in life when they are more prone to fall through the gaps. We develop skilled and contributing individuals and support their families to create secure and resilient relationships, building healthy and inclusive communities that are able to thrive.

Our mission is to develop resilient connected people engaged in their community.

As a community service organisation led by women we know it takes a village to raise a safe, happy and healthy child, in fact it takes all of us.

YWCA is one of the largest non government organisations (NGOs) in the world, working in 132 countries across thousands of communities. Our vision of a fully inclusive world where justice, peace, health, human dignity, freedom and care for the environment are promoted and sustained through women’s leadership.
