YWCA NSW has sustained it’s 128 years of servicing the needs of vulnerable people and communities through the operation of Y Hotels. As an early pioneer of hostel style acommodation for women and girls  the operation of accommodation facilities is a unique feature of the YWCA and is a key source of funding for many YWCA’s around the world today.

Today, YWCA NSW operates two excellent budget hotels - Y Hotel Hyde Park - opposite Hyde Park in the CBD and Y hotel City South on the edge of the city. The profits from these hotels are used to develop and implement  programs and services to support people experiencing ciritcal times- they are the hotels that work for the community.
