Our Unique Service Delivery Model

YWCA NSW has developed a unique strategy for social service delivery that focuses on collaboration with communities and service providers. The purpose is to ensure that services are coordinated, effectively targeted and achieve optimum results for clients and communities.

1. Working holistically in a number of key vulnerable communities. This place management approach is currently underway in Western Sydney, South West, South East and Northern Rivers.
2. Leveraging our learning from these communities we deliver high impact programs that teach life skills to people and groups experiencing a vulnerable or critical life stage.

YWCA NSW currently delivers a suite of 53 programs to meet the needs of over 15,000 people across 93 communities. We are based in the following areas:

Metropolitan Sydney Region
Western Sydney Region
South West Region
Northern Rivers Region
South East Region 

Evaluation and Outcomes

Review and evaluation of the processes, outputs and outcomes of our unique social service delivery model Y It takes A village (YITAV) will provide information to amend, enhance and further improve activity.

To evaluate YITAV, information will be drawn from program data which is organized in our Evaluation Grid into three separate but interconnected focus areas - individuals, their families and communities - to determine impact and progress.
