Corporate Information

YWCA NSW is registered under the Corporations Act 2001 as an Australian public company limited by guarantee and our ABN is 77 000 007 714. As such it is regulated by the provisions of the Corporations Act, and has a formal Board of Directors that actively manages the affairs and gives strategic guidance to the executive management team.

 

The Executive Management team is responsible for day to day operational matters and reports to the Board through the Executive Director / CEO. Members of YWCA NSW meet at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is held every year. Audited accounts in addition to other matters are presented to the Members at the AGM for adoption.
