Families provide children with a critical sense of being valued, a sense of belonging and a unique identity. Families should also be places where everyone's individuality is permitted to flourish.

At YWCA NSW we recognise the fundamental role that family provides in the lives of all of us and are committed to providing the life skills and connectedness that are needed for families to be our source of emotional support, comfort, nurturing, protection, security and learning.

Our Family services are based on providing family participants in particular parents with the support and skills they need to function and move on from difficult times.
