Every Girl – Campbelltown & Nowra

Every Girl is a YWCA Australia program that develops positive self-esteem and resilience among girls aged 9-14 years old. It provides girls with the tools to realise their full potential, build upon their strengths and participate fully in their community, achieved through an underlying core objective of developing citizenship. This program has the potential to foster a generation of women in Australia who are resilient, connected  to their community and feel empowered to speak up about issues of importance to them.

Y-Quest – Campbelltown & Nowra

Y-Quest – Campbelltown & Nowra

Y Quest is an 8 week leadership program empowering young women, and building resilience and confidence. Through interactive workshops and creative learning activities it provides participants with the opportunity to develop their own personal leadership skills, life skills and community connection skills. Activities include community connectedness through volunteering, knowledge of social welfare agencies, and workshops on mental health, sexual health, drug and alcohol, social environmental concerns and indigenous culture awareness. 

Paths to Potential - Sydney

Paths to Potential - Sydney

Paths to Potential Transition Program is a 4 day school holiday program for Year 6 students who may benefit from extra support and resilience skills to better equip them to transition to high school.

Activities covered include: team building, confidence, self-identity, problem solving, coping strategies, expectations of high schools and developing networks.

Possible Odds, Youth - Lismore

Possible Odds, Youth - Lismore

POSSIBLE ODDS Youth Program is delivered in the Northern Rivers Region and lead by local Indigenous man Mitch King. Participants undertake a range of activities to build leadership and general life skills. The program supports potential leaders and gives young people the skills to identify, create and work towards building community.
