YWCA NSW believes in a strong Executive Management team who are highly experienced specialists in their relative disciplines. This ensures that the business is run with robust and sustainable best practices, delivering strong and accountable outcomes and quality service for clients and customers.

Kate Frost
CEO, Company SecretaryKate Frost became CEO in May 2008. Kate's background is primarily corporate – she spent 25 years in banking, her last role as Vice President with Citibank – so she has brought with her great organisational, professional and financial skills in order to make YWCA NSW run smoothly and efficiently.
Tony Jose
Head of Corporate ServicesTony Jose joined YWCA NSW after spending 15 years in various diversified listed companies and a management consulting firm. Tony's experience spans over strategic financial management, corporate finance, investment banking, IT system implementation, analyst and financial control predominantly in the property and funds management arena
Gayle Osborne
Head of Community Programs and ServicesGayle has gained her extensive understanding and knowledge of issues for young people and their families through 30 years experience working both in the educational and community sectors. Gayle has been working for YWCA NSW for the last five years, where her skills, energy and commitment are working to support and empower YWCA NSW staff who work directly with extremely disadvantaged members of the community who have slipped through the cracks of government services and support structures.
Nicola Reeves
Head of Marketing and CampaignsNicola has 12 years leadership experience directing marketing strategies in the media and entertainment space, including 5 years in pan-European roles and 7 in the diverse Asia Pacific region including 6 years at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
Sandra Ross
Head of Operations
Sandra has over 20 years experience working in the education, IT and not for profit sectors plus managing her own consulting and training business. Sandra brings a deep understanding of management information systems, business support services and program delivery to YWCA NSW. Commencing in 2008, Sandra has been demonstrating her leadership, successful project management and passion to improve the efficiency of infrastructure to enhance the delivery of programs.
