Our Social Enterprises

We believe in practising what we preach. In the same way that we develop skills for our program participants to enable them to be strong and resilient, we develop our own funding streams to support our programs. This helps to reduce our reliance on government and philanthropic funding.

 

We do this by operating social enterprises whose generated net profits are diverted back into supporting YWCA NSW’s programs.

 

We have always pursued a diversified funding model, receiving funding from a mixture of Government, Corporate and Individual donations and our social enterprises are a critical part of this mix.
