An integrated yoga practice has been shown to be beneficial to women who have had breast cancer. This DVD consists of two 1 hour lessons incorporating breathing techniques, postures, and relaxation together with an introduction and it concludes with a candle meditation.
Variations of postures are included to cater for women with all types of health issues including lymphoedema. You are able to do each section of the lesson separately if you need to, such as the breathing or relaxation component. Please seek medical approval before using this DVD.

All proceeds from the sale of the CD are used to support and expand the program that now assists breast cancer survivors in over 40 locations throughout Australia.
