Important information about Gift Donation and donations generally
All Gift Donations and donations to YWCA NSW of $2 or more are tax deductible to Australian donors. Donations provide support for YWCA NSW’s work to support people and communities at critical times. If you have nominated that your donation should be used to purchase particular gifts and we have received sufficient funds to meet the need for one or more of those gifts, YWCA NSW will redirect your donation to where the need is greatest within YWCA NSW Programs and Services.
Placing Orders
1. Goods are available only while stocks last. We will contact you if the product you order is no longer available. 2. All prices shown are in Australian dollars. YWCA NSW reserves the right to change prices without notice. 2. Orders may be placed as follows: Worldwide - via the Internet at http://www.ywcansw.com.au/
AustraliaOnly - by telephone on 02 9285 6211 between 8.30am and 5.00pm AEST Monday to Friday - by fax to 02 9283 2485 - by post to YWCA NSW, 5-11 Wentworth Ave, Sydney NSW 200 3. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The prices of goods purchased by overseas customers for overseas delivery will be reduced by the amount of any GST included in the published prices. 4. Payment must be made by credit card, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club or American Express and the total for each order will be charged in Australian dollars.
SHIPPING
Within Australia
1. For delivery charges please refer to the order form
Delivery is via standard Australia Post services. Additional charges will apply for express delivery. Allow 15 working days from placement of order for delivery.
Overseas
1. Overseas orders will be charged for delivery at cost plus a handling charge as per the order form
2. Delivery is by airmail unless otherwise requested. We shall advise you of the delivery charges before processing your order. 3. Goods will generally be shipped from Australia within 14 days of receipt of order
Refund and Return Policy
Our Guarantee To You: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with and wish to return an item we will offer you a refund or replacement. Return it within 14 days of receipt with an explanatory note to: YWCA NSW Returns, 5-11 Wentworth Ave, Sydney NSW 2001. PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our supporters and to providing security for your personal and payment details. When you purchase goods from us we collect the information that is required to process and despatch your order or donation, including details of how to contact you if we have any queries about that order. We never disclose the personal information of our supporters to third parties unless they are working directly on our behalf to fulfil your order or we are required to do so by law.
