The Green Trading Company
The Green Trading Company is not your average business. In fact, there’s nothing average about us at all.
Operating out of Bomaderry on the beautiful South coast, we reclaim, redevelop and resell goods and materials diverted from the industrial waste stream. We don’t just make beautiful bespoke homewares products; we also provide local employment and training and educate the community about waste reduction and sustainability.
The Green Trading Company is part of the not for profit, YWCA NSW, which has been working in NSW for 130 years. Run as a social enterprise, all our profits go back into community programs and services to give disadvantaged families the chance to make a better life for themselves.
Our Products
Ours is a true rags to riches tale. We were unwanted and unloved until The Green Trading Company took us in. In fact we were waste products but look at us now! I bet you’ll want us in your shop as well as all our brothers and sisters. There are lots of us so feel free to buy us all!
And don’t forget to throw a little love the team’s way…they made us what we are today and so because you’re looking at us, you’re helping them get back up on their feet as well.
