Training and Skills Recognition

YWCA NSW is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), providing nationally recognised qualifications and statements of attainment.

We offer training through classroom-based courses, workplace-based learning, self-paced learning, skills recognition and combinations of these.

Our courses give learners the skills and knowledge required to access employment, traineeships or further training.

Courses are run throughout the year and range from one-day workshops to short courses over several weeks or school terms.

Traineeships range from one to two years to complete a qualification full time in the workplace or an extended equivalent period for part-time trainees.

We can customise courses to meet the needs of learners and/or employers based on one or more accredited units or other related topics, such as job seeking skills.
